We value our customers and strive to make each product to your satisfaction.   If you are not happy with your product, we appreciate the opportunity to correct the problem and will make every effort to accomodate your  needs.  


We stand behind our products and desire for you to receive the optimum burn quality of your candles.  Therefore, we strongly suggest that you follow the candle care guidelines listed under the "Candle Care" button to your left.  Remember that a sma
ll effort on your part will provide a wonderful candle burning experience.

We do not anticipate the need to return an item but if the occasion should arise, you must contact us before you send the product back to us to obtain approval.  Shipping charges will not be refunded.

Please let us know if your product arrives damaged or broken within
three days of receiving your package.
